What you'll need:
1 sheet Puff Pastry Dough
5 Eggs (Reserve one for egg wash)
60g Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
8 Bacon rashers (cooked until crisp)
4 Sausages (fully cooked)
10 Fresh Chives (Chopped)
Salt & pepper to taste
Method:
- Preheat oven to 200°c and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place dough on baking sheet and cut into 4 even squares. Fold edges of dough inward to create a crust.
- Crack eggs onto dough and sprinkle with cheese. Place chopped bacon and sausage on top and season all over with salt and pepper.
- Beat one egg to brush over the pastry before baking.
- Carefully transfer baking sheet to oven and bake until crust is golden and egg whites are set, 10 to 15 minutes.
- Garnish with chives. Slice into squares and serve warm.
