What you'll need:
- 1.5kg Brussel Sprouts
- 100g Butter
- 300g Bacon Lardons
- 200g Maple Syrup
- Salt and Pepper
Method:
- Prepare the sprouts and cook in boiling salted water for 6 minutes.
- When cooked transfer to ice water straight away.
- When chilled, cut the sprouts in half.
- In a large frying pan add the butter and crispen the bacon.
- Add the sprouts and warm through.
- When fully warmed, add the maple syrup and season to taste.
