What you'll need:

  • 1kg Fresh Cranberries 
  • 400gms Demerara Sugar 
  • 200ml Orange Juice 

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients to a pot and bring to the boil.  
  2. Once boiling, lower the heat and simmer. 
  3. Stir continuously mixture it becomes a thick jam 
  4. Transfer to a jug and pour desired amount over your Christmas dinner!Â
