What you'll need:
- 1kg Fresh CranberriesÂ
- 400gms Demerara SugarÂ
- 200ml Orange JuiceÂ
Method:
- Add all ingredients to a pot and bring to the boil. Â
- Once boiling, lower the heat and simmer.Â
- Stir continuously mixture it becomes a thick jamÂ
- Transfer to a jug and pour desired amount over your Christmas dinner!Â
