What you'll need:
- 1 large flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup marinara or pizza sauce
- 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup sliced pepperoni or other favourite toppings (e.g., mushrooms, bell peppers, olives, onions, etc.)
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- Fresh basil leaves (optional for garnish)
- Crushed red pepper flakes (optional for garnish)

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place a baking sheet in the oven to heat up.

Prepare Tortillas: Brush one side of each tortilla with olive oil. Place the tortillas, oil side down, on a clean work surface.
