A tasty homemade fakeaway option!
What you'll need:
- 500g Chicken Tempura Fillets
- 1Kg Frozen Chips
- 100g Cheddar Cheese (Grated
- 200g Bacon (Cooked & Chopped)
- 100g Tobacco Onions (Cooked to packet instructions)
- Sauce of choice
Method:
- Cook chicken fillets and frozen chips as per packet instructions.
- Once chips are golden and crispy, add to oven proof dish, topping with cut up chicken tempura fillets and cheddar cheese. Place under the grill for 5-7 minutes to allow the cheese to melt.
- Once cheese has melted, top with bacon bits, tobacco onions and sauce of choice!
TOP TIP: Cook chicken and chips in the airfryer to reduce cook time and conserve energy!
