A brunch favourite!
What you'll need:
- 80g porridge oats, blended finely
- 100ml skimmed milk
- 3 medium eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp granulated sweetener
- Low calorie cooking spray
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients together
- Spray your frying pan with low calorie cooking spray and heat gently.
- Drop in small dollops to make patty-size pancakes.
- Allow to cook through before gently turning.
- Serve straight away & top with maple syrup fruit and raspberries
