A delicious dinner

What you'll need:
- 450 grams sausages
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 115 grams mushrooms, sliced
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- 1 sachet Schwartz sausage casserole seasoning mix
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 300 ml cold water
- Mashed potato, for serving
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 180° C (Gas mark 4)
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the sausages until browned. Add the onions and cook for a further 3-4 minutes until softened.
- Place sausages and onion in an ovenproof casserole dish with the mushrooms and peppers.
- Blend the contents of the sachet with the water and add to the dish. Cover and cook in the oven for 1 hour.
- Enjoy with creamy mashed potato.
- Top Tip: Add some chopped potatoes into the sausage casserole mix before cooking in the oven to make the ultimate one pot dish!
