Get little ones to help decorate these festive snowman biscuits.

What you'll need:

90-100g White chocolate

6 Digestive Biscuits

6 marshmallows

Gel icing pen

Method:

Melt the white chocolate in the microwave until it’s runny
Using a spoon, place a large dollop of melted chocolate in the centre

of each cookie and secure the marshmallow at the top of it

Allow to dry then draw the snowman’s face and body with an icing pen
