What you'll need:
300g Tempura Chicken Fillets
½ onion, chopped into slices
½ pepper, chopped into slices
2 garlic cloves, chopped
½ tsp chilli flakes

Spice Mix:
½  tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
½ tsp chinese five spice

Tilda Basmati Rice
Method:
- Cook the chicken tempura fillets according to the cooking instructions. Once cooked, chop into bite sized chunks and set aside.
- In a small bowl, add all the spice mix ingredients, mix well and set aside.
- In a large wok or pan, drizzle 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, fry the garlic with medium heat for few seconds, then add the dry chilies and stir for few seconds.
- Follow with the crushed chillies and onion, pepper and fresh chilli slices. Stir well for 1 minute.
- Add the chicken pieces into the wok and sprinkle the spice mix in. Toss well to combine all ingredients evenly.
- Serve immediately with Tilda Basmati Rice
