What you'll need:

  • Savoy Cabbage, sliced
  • 200g prawns
  • 1 red chili, chopped
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Method:

 

1. Heat sesame oil in a pan and sauté garlic and ginger.

2. Add prawns and cook until pink, then toss in cabbage and chili.

3. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, add soy sauce, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
